Tom Tom start 20

Hi just bought a new Start 20 with life time maps to replace my ageing Tomtom Go 730 , with my old unit when updating via Tom Tom Home I could download all sorts of P.O.Is some third party and it was easy search out anything from petrol stations in Spain to Campsites in France and save them to the hard drive.
I cannot do this with the new start 20 even when connected to My drive it does have the facility to download 3rd part P.O.Is you have to create your own what am I doing wrong ? Help

Yes, MyDrive doesn't offer up downloads from the site.
