I raised a call regarding the Go Expert App over a month ago.
Regardless how you set it you cannot turn off "Predict frequent destinations"
(Settings/Other/Privacy in the Android app)
Firstly they said that they would investigate then kept trying to close the call every 2 days due to "No updates on the ticket"
I've worked in IT for decades (big systems, our current largest database is over 45TB, we also have GIS systems but their databases are miniscule by comparison) - I'm aware that bugs exist.
If you're going to investigate something then you keep the call open until the investigation is completed and then update the ticket with the outcome of that investigation, if you close it then how are people going to know whether something is going to be fixed or not?
It's hardly best practice is it?
