No maps found start 20

Hey TOMTOM people and admins.
I'm needing help with getting a map back on my Start 20
This nav has never been connected to a pc up till now when turned on and the message No Maps Found was displayed.
In my drive there shows no maps to be deleted
I have tried multiple solutions with no luck.
The only remaining Solution is where a post show a TomTom admin pushing a map through to my drive so I'm hoping this can be pushed through for me please.

P s there is no SD card and the only one I have 128gb so this is too big to work with.

Also I have tried to add photos but getting image too large even after trying to resize them

Unfortunately not. If there was map to delete then it might have helped but since there is no map to delete and no map to install... The only things are nav core if I do a system repair and after that is a GPS fix but no map what so ever
