I have a 2010 Renault Megan cc with built in Carminat.
Recently when turning on the screen scrolled between the car image and an egg timer and wouldn't load.
I read advice that the card needed updating and/or the loop.dir file should be deleted.
I can't run TomTom onto my pc to update the card - as soon as I insert the sd card into the pc the programme freezes. It's fine with no card inserted.
I tried taking the loop.dir file.off but that hasn't helped.
I would appreciate any advice.
