No Maps Found in Start 25M

Hi everyone

I just bought a 25M, and after the first update there's a "Maps not found" message on the screen. I follow all the instructions (reset the device, etc.) in the website but i cannot update/reinstall the maps. When I connect my device through MyDriveConnect and I go to "the cloud" and click on "install map", the website just stay loading...and nothing happens. What can i do? Thanks for your help and i'm sorry for my poor english. Cheers from Barcelona (Spain)
 
Have you ever updated before (successfully) with either computer?
What kind of update were you performing? A full map update to 935?
