New user & question

Hi. I am a new member. I have had a 340S XL for a couple of years and have used it seldom. Last use was about a month ago and it worked fine. Now, nothing happens when I try to turn it on. Even when plugged into 12v automobile. I have tried holding the start button down for 15 secs. No light to indicate charging. Could the battery be shot? If so, can it be replaced.

Any chance you can charge it for at least four hours on the computer?

Maybe. I'm pretty computer ignorant. I have charged it for more than four hours on the car charger.

That should have worked then....... but, if no light is on when the unit is connected to the charger, then there is something wrong, either with the car charger or the ciggy outlet.

Thanks. I have tested the cig outlet. It's OK. Will check the charger.
