hi. i purchased a refurbished tomtom go 510 and somewhat im already running
into problems. i live in San Jose CA and there is no map of my location(even San Francisco) tried to call customer support but their closed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can report the email through the TomTom website but you need to create an account. After creating the account, there is an option for map feedback.

You can also report it directly to Tele Atlas - http://mapfeedback.teleatlas.com//index.htm

called tomtom suppport. they sent me a new map. so far so good... thanks guys
