TomTom have just released new maps, both in Europe with the 2006.7 TeleAtlas set and in the USA with the 2006.6 TeleAtlas set. While the TeleAtlas European maps are considered equivalent to the Navteq maps, the perception has been different in the US, with Navteq maps having the edge overall as discussed here.
