    XL ( 2nd gen. RC... )
    hi,
I found in my desk my old XL ( 2nd gen, RC... ) but after the update I did , i see the message that I have no maps. I understand that the device is no longer supported. However, I would like to load it with the last of the maps that were available when the device went out of support. Anyone knows how I can do that ? I would liek to have maps for few countries in EU ( Austria, Italy, Germany, France )
Thanks in advance for your help
    Fabio

    No, but ...
    Two questions:
Do you still have access to a PC that you were using to update your device while it was still in active use?
Did you ever back up your device to that PC, or update the maps with a full map set?

Alternately, plug in your device and use your PC to view its contents. Look for a map folder that contains files like cline.dat and cnode.dat. Do you see those?

No, the old map builds aren't kept for download, and are in any case keyed to the specific serial number of the device for which they are prepared.
