Help: Rider 2 parts needed

Does anyone know where you can pick up replacements parts? I'm looking for the door with a new gasket on my TomTom Rdier 2. The old door, part of the gasket is missing and rain gets inside the unit.

TomTom was not much help and wanted me to send the unit for repair but I needed to provide the receipt for the unit which I can not find?
