Go 740 Live Weather Update "Stuck"

My weather updates are "stuck" on October 29. Traffic updates are working, so I know my Live account is active.

Any ideas?

In trying to check my weather status, I've discovered that TomTom no longer offers it free for Live devices (buddies was another free one). All services are disabled without an active subscription. I know this because my Live subscription shows expired and the current month's invoice shows "unpaid" in MyTomTom account. Using Home to reactivate it gives me an error that I already have an active subscription, so unable to complete the transaction.
Same credit card used before for pay by the month (which is supposed to be automatic), but TomTom hasn't charged it and won't allow me to update it myself.


They sure make it difficult to do business with them. Another phone call needed to sort it out. . .
Or I may just forget about it.

Thanks. Out of town all week. It turns out that this was a known problem. It is fixed as of this writing.
