TomTom Go 740 Live No Maps

Hi All, I have a TomTom Go 740, I bought the North American maps off TomTom as I'm off to Orlando next week with the family, however, when I down load it onto the device it keeps saying "No Maps" on it but my PC is saying the map is on the device.

I'm getting frustrated!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated but bear in mind I'm not very technically minded when it comes to computer jargon.

When you connect to Home, Manage my Device (2nd page, purple folder) what does it show for:
1. Items on device-->maps
2. Items on Computer-->maps?
