Go 720 Backup & Restore

I get the following message when I try to backup my device:

"You cannot use this feature because it is not supported by your device".
I also get the same message when I try to operate my go from within tom tom home.

I was able to do both when I first got my device but think I lost these functions when I upgraded tom tom home on my computer.

Help would be appreciated.

Ever heard of a blessing in disguise? :p

We NEVER suggest using Home for backups/restores.......

Use Explorer (or finder in a Mac).

Operate my GO is a valuable feature and should work.

Have you updated Tomtom home to the latest (non-beta) version?

Have you updated your Tomtom application to the latest version?

What version map do you have?
