I just got a TomTom 720 for Xmas! I'm out of town at my in-laws and am wondering how much space is needed for the back-up to get it going? (All the research on this site shows you should back up your TT before doing anything else). I don't plan to back it up on my father-in-laws PC, but I could go out an purchase a USB memory card if I can get one that would do the trick???? Any advice would be great!

    Thanks in advance,

It's probably going to be around 1.5 GB. Can you burn it to a DVD? That would be the easiest.

The internal memory on the 720 is 2GB, so a 2GB flash drive should cover it.
