error when update map

I have TOMTOM GO 630
my map is western europe ver 810
I can not update its due to TOMTOM HOME
I made this steps by follow :
1- I connect my device to computer.
2- Operation TOMTOM HOME.
3- I disable my anti-virus programme
NOW:
- when I make update and install, all my GO are update just the map update is give me error due to download western europ
- I try to bought new order also give me error, I sure all my information are correct , also i used other card for bought also same problem is still.


pls, help me :(

Shut down Home.

Go here on your computer:

C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete\maps\

or...

C:\Users\username\Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete\map (if Windows 7/VISTA)

and rename the Download folder to DownloadOLD.

Start Home again with your device connected. See if a map is offered again. If so, try to download without problems.

If there are problems, the only CS number I find that you can use is:

All other countries

CS stands for Customer Service.

The second screen print says that TT caused the interruption of the download:
Your payment for order XXXXXXX was not successful. Please try again,

If you are sure you entered your credit card number correctly, call your credit card company and asked them to help.
