Hello everyone;

I have just bought a TomTom XL 330 * S. Very easy question. How in the world do you stick the TomTom to your windshield. It has a permanent mount in the back of it, but every time I try to stick it to windshield on my truck.......down it comes. Do you use something special so that it can stick................????

Does that video suppose to have sound? I can't hear anything?

Anyway I too had problems with suction mount. The tips I can give you is to wipe dry the suction pad, wipe dry the windscreen. Then push as hard as you can on the flat surface of the screen making sure no air is trapped between the suction and window. Then tighten. Alot of the time the suction fails because of moisture between the window and suction pad.
