cannot dl tomtom home

i cannot for the life of me get tt home back on computer.reloaded windows xp cd was having other problems.now no matter what i do i cannot get tt home back on here.been trying for hours now.tried to download it from tt no go and quite a few other places.im at wits end.

Have you undeleted the program using Add/Remove programs in Control Panel?

What happens when you try to dl?

it is not in add and remove.when i try to run it nothing happens ,it asks to run or cancel,i hit run and no go.i even dled it onto thumb drive after dling on another laptop so i would have tomtom home file but it doesnt help.something is stopping it i think.have turned off firewall but no help.

Are you using vista? Have you right clicked on the file and choose run as adminsitrator?
