I have tomtom go 825
I cannot see inside of my tomtom device but mydrive connect program says it is connected
what can I do to see inside of it with windows 10 or windows xp

Unlike earlier devices where the user could see the contents of the device using Window's File Manager or equivalent, models using MyDriveConnect no longer are capable of being used in the same way.

Why do you want to see the contents anyway?

I like and want to use igo maps so I want to put this map into my tomtom
also if possible I can use sd card with it but with sd card inside I cannot see in it so what you can recomend me to turn back garmin
