App upgrade

I've downloaded the TomTom UK & Ireland app but an upcoming trip is through Europe.

I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade to the Western Europe version, download new maps, or do I have to download a new app.

Each app is a standalone product, its not possible to upgrade from a signle country to pan European without purchasing the European version.
As its on special offer at the moment I would get it while the lower price still applies (?42:99) - Mike

With this thread being in the forum section that covers the iPhone and used the word "App" I made the assumption the OP is using an iPhone which TomTom supply a UK & ROI app for, they also offer a Western Europe app, in either case the map is an integral part of the app and cannot be changed without purchasing and installing another app that covers the required mapping area - Mike
