Adding TomPlayer to SD card

Does anybody have any clear cut instructions on how to install this? I've looked all over and it always just says "Just copy over this folder, for more details go here ...." Then it just keeps redirecting me everywhere. Is there anybody that can just explain how to install this as simple as possible? Thanks.
