0845 help line costs

Anyone know how much the tomtom 0845 helpline costs per minute - I spent over 1 hour on it today and got nowhere. The bewildered "tech" had no idea (about the cost or much else for that matter). I'm wondering if it would have been cheaper to simply buy a new tomtom?
any ideas?

No idea what it will have cost but why not post some details of the issue you have with the device so we can try a few suggestions on here? - Mike

Thanks Mike. I found out it only cost me a few quid - still, given that they didn't fix my problem, it's expensive. As you suggested, I've looked for help on this forum and I think I'm a lot closer to the answer. Thanks everyone !!
