0845 service

I have seen the queue of complaints against Tom Tom's customer service. Put me at the end. I wasn't quite sure about 0845 numbers but realize that I'm just another sucker - waiting for them not to answer.

How many companies do we see go under the waves when they have reasonable product but cut costs and make people like me vow to never go near Tom Tom again.

All TomTom sites are currently down for support, including US, Canada and the UK. Consequently, the toll free number isn't currently active.

While there are often legitimate complaints directed against CS, that is the reason why they are not answering at this time.
