Carminat LIVE services does not work

    I bought a used Renault Scenic III ('15' plate) with Tomtom. The Maps / navigation work fine but LIVE service had expired. So I bought a 1 year subscription. However I was told that my LIVE connection had been permanently deactivated because it had not been used for 3 years. They referred me to the below article:

    I know a long shot but is there I can do to get LIVE service (buy a new SIM perhaps or anything else?)

    I'd call support and see what is possible in the way of a SIM of your own:

    Thank you - it has not been reimbursed yet. I'll give them a call on Monday and see what happens.
