I am unable to increase the volume when talkig on my cell phone connected to Blutooth.

Do you mean you have your 720 paired with your cell phone but you cannot increase the volume when speaking through the 720?

Incoming volume (the other person) should be alterable using the normal volume slider during a call.

There's nothing you can do to alter the outgoing volume (your voice).

Although it uses the same slider as the normal volume for everything else, it should act like a separate control during a call and remember the new setting JUST for call volume when you leave that screen.
