As of yesterday I appear stuck with an American Lady providing voice warnings. The options to change have disappeared. Re-installed without succes, any ideas?

In my opinion, you should not download Amigo from your country's Play Store?

Unsure of your point. I downloaded within the UK, it worked, now it doesn't

With English (Netherlands) selected as a language in General management I can choose to download four English voices in AmiGO 9.593.7 - Android. Is there perhaps a conflicting setting in Text-to-speech? This is on a Samsung phone.

Since last update no voice options visible, although the two text to speech engine's still visible. Just looked at my old phone + older AmiGO version and that is fine.

Could you have accidentally selected the U.S. Female voice by mistake?
On my Android phone, I use G.B. Female Amigo voice. This is the pre-selected & default voice, when first installing the app, in the U.K. As can be seen from the screen shot enclosed, there is a Male G.B. voice, or Male & Female U.S. voices to choose from. Also, it shows the app will utilise the Google TTS engine. I have also included a second screen shot showing the app version on my phone.

As previous, the voice options have disappeared, meaning there no voices to select. All I have on the page ( your attachments) are the TTS engines, again, the voice choices I used to have, have disappeared.

I can only suggest you first try clearing the cache and all data within the Amigo app, Then shutdown the phone, restart and launch the app. This should "force a setup" as if you were installing from new, where it will prompt you to select a voice to use, and you should see the selected voice being downloaded at the top of the screen.
If that fails, then completely uninstall the app and download again.

Tried that several times, I can't select a voice if there aren't any to select

Can you first check in the Play Store if there's an update? There should be a 9.593.7 build. If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot?

Had a response from TomTom customer care, they've thanked me for my input and that's it! Shocking service.

What's Google and Waze like?
