Unable to enter full UK postcode

XXL. New challenge - I key in full UK postcode and it only reacts to the first 4 characters/digits. Help!

I wonder if he's not got a post code file resident? Isn't that how Nav2 devices behave when that happens?

Using your PC to look at the innards of your XXL, look for a folder called "zip" in the root. Within that, there should be a file that, if I recall it correctly, is called "Great_Britain.postal".
Is it there?
