Unable to make/receive calls via the Bluetooth

I have a 9150 truck pro and for no reason at all I cannot make/receive a call through the TT, it was working fine but now the symbol that was a green phone is now grey with a cog by it,the phone is still connected but cannot hear anything
Please help

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.
