Unable to enter a voice command

When I press the microphone an error message appears, see image. Any advice?

Voice command works it's a search via Google do you have the correct voice TTS install?

Using your keyboard to search for an address will get you there faster.
 
How do I know I have TTS installed correctly?

Edit: Waze navigation can be controlled normally by voice!
