Unable to update MyDriveConnect

Go 510
Launched MyDriveConnect on W10 (always perfectly running) now says "Aggiornamento necessario" (need to be updated). Clik on button
"Aggiorna" (update) and nothing happens. Any idea? Many thanks.
 
Have you tried uninstalling all Mydrive connect files on your computer and then reinstalling.
 
Well, this is what I should have done and actually half-done: downloaded sw , accordingly with VirusTotal, seems to carry a Wacatac virus! Help!
