UK Tourettes Voice

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a decent UK Tourettes voice? I've seen a video on Youtube that is of (what sounds like) one of the "proper" Tomtom voices, but with the Tourettes syndrome. Yes I know it's childish, but what the heck.....!
