TT GO 25 voice volume too low

my (very) old Tom-Tom ONE finally quit

Brother gave me his Tom-Tom GO 25
all running OK ...but with volume controls all at Max 100%, voices are hardly perceptible

any solutions....?.....thanks

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.
