tt 920 & sd & maps

hi everyone, i have a tt920 i have upgraded the software to v835.1 i have downloaded latest maps and key gen, i have installed 1 map (brazil on the hard drive of tt when i switch the tt on it freezes for about 30 seconds then reboots it will keep doing this, yet if i put the tt on tt home, tt home regognises the brazil map, but as soon as i take tt off home it keeps rebooting, i have also tried it with a 4gb sd card, i put it on tt home it will regognise the sd card and brazil map but as soon as i take it off tt home it keeps rebooting, the only way i can then get my tt back to normal is by resetting the tt twice then it goes back to normal, could anyone out there help me or have any solutions???...many thanks for your help in anticipation....Dean in the UK

Were the maps -- including Brazil -- obtained from TomTom?

thanks for your reply but its now all sorted, was problem with sd card itself
