I just bought the navigator as it came installed with my TREO. I am trying to backup my tomtom information through the HOME program and when I click on backup it dislplays NO TOMTOM and then hangs for quite a few minutes. It then identifies a problem with the storage card. This is odd as I can read and write to the card. I have the card unlocked to allow for transfer of information. I can run updates and install POIs but cannot back up. Any suggestions.
