TomTom Account troubles

Hello Forum,
I have had my tomtom one for 6 years, and my account for 6 years. I want to buy an
dash board mount and the site asks for my e-mail address. When I entered my e-mail address it said "invaled e-mail. I cannot even make a new account using my e-mail address. How do I correct this error.

Try making a new account with a dummy email account. It just has to be in the proper format of (e-mail address removed)

An alternative is to call CS at 866-486-6866 to have them work through the problem with you.
