Can anybody help me, I am just about to take a hammer to my brand new Go 720 Christmas present. I have followed all the instructions, limited as they are, recharged for two days, reset until I am blue in the face, held the start button for 15seconds, but I cannot get past a picture of my GO720 sitting on its charging base. The TOM TOM support line is a waste of time they have sent me two sets of instructions which do not work. Both called for me to connect to TomTom HOME but the program is not recognising that a device is connected to the USB. I have come to the conclusion that the device is faulty but I cannot get the TomTom helpline to give me an address to return the ?????? thing for repair. If it isnt faulty I need some real time help and instructions to boot it because the TomTom system doesnt cut it
