TOMTOM touch screen off calibration

Sup guys i tried different ways to set my tomtom but i cant click on any bottom bottons. Looks like my tomtom lost its config for the touch screen. I tried using a cal.txt and calib.txt with different
positions and nothing works. It is a tomtom xl 330. I dont have a backup so im screwed there. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Other than trying a reset of the unit (hold the power button for 10 seconds or so if you don't have a dedicated reset hole on the bottom), I don't know what to suggest.
