Touch Screen for Tomtom Via 620 not work

Hi

What is the latest for this problem. I went half way through all the Technical threads and saw nothing regards this topic.

Nothing happens when I press the "continue" button on the Bottom RHS of the "Drive Safely" screen which comes up after the TomTom has been turned on

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds unless your model has a dedicated reset hole.
