Hi I have recently purchased a new Tom Tom Start and am finding that when inputting addresses I have to tap the screen really hard compared to my Go 730 which only needs a slight touch , should I return the it under guarantee

I didn't find the pressure needed when using the EASE (North American equivalent to the Start) was any different than that required on my 720.

Can you go back to the store and try a demo model and see if the pressure required is trhe same/less/more than the unit you have with you?
