i have Tomtom ONE N14644 Canada 310
app 8.010 (9369/040301) OS:1000
GPS v1.21, Boot 1.0012
map: UK & Ireland v 715.1689

can anybody say me
1-what my tomtom edition ? 1nd ? 2rd? 3rd?
2-what is the latest firmware for this device?
3-what is the latest map for my device? can i install map v850.2820 on my device ?
4-when i install this map it says: "you cannot use this map on this device"
i installed new map on same folder/separated folder but i have same problem
also i delete the old map and then install new map, but also have same problem

3rd edition. No other edition had app 8.010.

2-what is the latest firmware for this device?

8.010 is the latest offered by HOME. 8.014 exists if you need to get a traffic antenna working in certain countries.

3-what is the latest map for my device? can i install map v850.2820 on my device ?

Map 850 is the latest. The right 4 digits are unique to the hardware model, not the release date.

Usually that means the unit has a pirated map. If it was a legitimately purchased map, you can call Tomtom support and have them reactivate the map.
