TomTom ONE (Canadian Deal)

Future Shop is having a deal for the TomTom ONE. I can't tell whether is the new version of the ONE (the Hammerhead chip) or the older version (SiRFIII chip).

It's a refurb so I'm not sure how most people feel about it, but I thought it might be a good deal for those who are in the market.

I wouldn't be afraid of a refurb unit. It has been gone over carefully by TomTom and certified like new. I assume you also get the same warranty as a new unit??

I bet many units are returned because the unit locked up and the new owner didn't know about the paperclip reset.

As it is, TomTom overcharges Canadians by a lot: $399 Cdn vs $299 US
