Update on this problem.

This is not how to look after your customers,TOMTOM said it needed to be sent back to them for repair at a cost of £105 (that's robbery).

Sent it to a firm in London called TONIK UK LTD and just had it returned and working great for £39.95 so where are TOMTOM getting there extortionate prices from.

Good question, Norman. We've always felt that TomTom needs to vastly improve their repair operation. We don't even have a TomTom repair facility here in North America at any price!
