Tomtom 530 go Holder

Had the 530 for 3 months (is new) and today the windscreen holder (ball and socket) has hairline cracks and crumbleing not good at all. i have tryed to find email support to get a replacement no joy there at all. this was via home .. anyone got a email for tomtom?

also any suggestions on a upgraded holder?
only one thing i can say about the sd holder is it never fell off the windscreen, but it will soon.. with this and Navecore issues i am not happy at all...

true call them.ive had good luck with them.i messed up my car charger(got too hot )told them about it sent me new one,this was a couple of years ago.yours being fairly new may have some luck.tell them that you fear it will fall because its breaking and could cause you to wreck car.
