GO LIVE 825 (DEVICE FW**********)
Although maps are still updated ok, I am currently unable to renew my live services subscription. Device correctly shows it as expired but I'm not offered purchase of subscription on MyDrive.

Navcore is 12.074 map is 1005 and SN begins with FW4382

Device has 4GB built in and an SD Card of 32GB in the SD slot.

On "Connections" on the device it shows as connected to network.

I know there are various versions of the 825, some with only the built in 4GB of memory and TOMTOM appear to have dropped live services for those as insufficient memory, but nowhere on TOMTOMs site can I see that applying to my particular model, which has 36GB in total.
(I'm in the UK)

Have you any experience of this particular set of circumstances before I start getting onto TOMTOM.
 
FW equates to: "FW">GO LIVE 825, 4GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3 and is NOT End of Life.
