My 620 has started presenting a screen display I haven't seen before: On the right the tomtom - on the left linked to what I presume is a computer-maybe the forum have seen this before but I haven't. Is it asking me to update? If not can anyone tell me what it wants me to do?? (And yes I have linked it to my laptop-it is fully up to date)

    Welcome to TomTomForums.

I don't know how to do that? Instead of the usual screen of a route, it shows what looks like a page in a map book?

Answered it myself, it was going to 2D, not sure why, but now I know how to change it back.

I am glad to hear that you have it sorted.

    Information, ALL
One cannot take a screen print of the 620 like with a cell phone but, since a cell phone is used for traffic, a picture couls be taken with it and attached to a post here in the forum.
