Start 60 VS Tyre

I am new to this forum.
I don't know if this is the right place for this post.
My problem is that when I want to transfere my planned rout on Tyre to my TomTom,
I get the message that "this file is not supported"
Do I need to download some kind of sofrwear?

That model (Start 60) does not support Itineraries.
