Constant restart

Hi, I have a brand new Tom Tom via 52. When connected to power using the provided leads and adapters in the car it restarts every few minutes. When not connected to power I don’t seem to have a problem. I have tried a drum restart with no change. Any ideas? Cheers. Rod

Sounds a bit like an intermittent connection to the vehicle power. The device is probably going through its normal shutdown routine when power loss is detected.
Not sure if it's the cable connector or socket, but have a look at all of them.
