Start 50tm

Hi, My name is Brian and I am from Pennsylvania and live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I purchased a START 50TM a few weeks back and am having trouble updating it. I registered and created my account and activated it but nothing. It keeps coming up with an error code. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
