hi guys this time I was using tomtom v6 in my pda phone, with external bluetooth, and it took me to the exact opposite of the destination, happened twice however the 2nd time I wasn't sure if it's the exact opposite of the destination or it's just random. anyways I left the bluetooth in the car overnight so it was pretty cold so maybe that's why I got the error? or could it be the tomtom software or problem with my phone?

also can I use v7 map on v6 tomtom software?

last one my flash card is only 1GB.....this map is 2GB and it's got all 50 states map, I only need one state so can I delete the .dat and other files that I don't need and use it? any chance of that?

thanks a lot

If you can do so - reset your PDA and see if that clears it up. A cold bluetooth (what - GPS Receiver?) should have nothing to do with it.

Also - carefully note your input next time you select a destination to be sure you did not accidentally enter it wrong.

You definitely cannot use Nav 7 on your device - it has been released by TT on a very limited basis in Europe on very specif device - with no signs so far that they are interested in rolling it out further.

Can you get a 2 gb flashcard - and how are you running it right now? You should backup the maps as-is, and then you can experiment with deleting individual states (I thins - not sure if this will cause it to fail to operate...). But if it is packed up, you can restore (read copy and paste) and try again.
