Showing incorrect memory Usage

I have recently bought a tomtom, and triedn installing quickfix, but in process, i screwed it up big time..

had to wait 20 mins for customer care, still didnt get line. Somebody pls help.

I removed everything from my device, but it still shows it has 1100MB occupied in it. Am not able to copy maps, as there isnt enough space in there.

Shows as in the pic attached.

Plls help

How did you remove everything from the device?? Did you make a backup of the unit's contents first? Ho0pefully Explorer, not Home. what model do you have?
 
If you have a backup, then restore it.

- If not, close home and run "chkdsk /f" on the Tomtom drive.
- when it's done go to "Update my device" in HOME and if an application is offered accept it. Keep repeating until no application is offerred
- then try "latest map guarantee" to download a map
