rider 2 frooze up

It is frooze up , put in a adress it showed me the route with distance & time I then seleced done & nothing happened & I mean nothing the screen is on will not respone to any touch , will not shut off the clock dont work ect ect . I hooked it into the computer & nothing changed & the computer tells me to turn on the device , I am waiting to see what happens when it shuts down when the batteries run down . I am really disappointed in the Tom Tom product so far this the second one I had in less than a month , I just exchanged the first one a week ago because it stop charging .

I don't think I'd let the battery run completely down, heard here on the forums that could also cause some problem's.........Did you try a reset of the unit......??????

Do a pin reset, that should take care of it. I wouldnt suggest letting the battery die down.
